Terms of Sale

Contracting entity. Orders are concluded with Dongguan Dayan Bolian Engine Equipment Co., Ltd., No. 312 Tai'an Road, Humen, Dongguan, Guangdong, China. The entity that signs your quotation is the entity responsible for performance and warranty of that order.

Quotations. Prices, MOQ, warranty period, lead time and Incoterms are fixed per quotation, not by website listing. Where a quotation and this page differ, the quotation prevails.

Fitment. Fitment statements on this site are listings compiled from catalog and cross-reference data. Fitment for your specific engine is confirmed by our team against the old part number and engine serial, and is binding only as stated on the quotation.

Trademarks. Caterpillar, CAT, Cummins, Bosch, Delphi, Denso, Zexel, Volvo, Scania and MTU are trademarks of their respective owners. BOSTEN supplies replacement parts and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an OEM of these companies. Trademarks are used solely to identify compatibility.

Warranty. As stated on the quotation for each order. Warranty claims follow the process described on the warranty page.
